How to check your measurement:

1. Use non-stretch jeans or pants that fit you well

2. Lay them flat and measure the waistband with a ruler, string, etc

3. Double that measurement to find your waist size

4. To decide between SLIM or REGULAR, also measure the pants across at the hip/thigh

5. Double this measurement and compare to "hip max" in the table
